CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

Each client will receive a design contract that outlines the terms and conditions of the design services.A signed contract as well as a non‐refundable retainer deposit of $25 are required in order to iniatiate the project. The retainer fee will be deducted from your remaining balance 

 

PAYMENT

Once a quote is formed the final balance will be reflected on the photography contract. Once the retainer deposit is receieved it will be deducted from the final balancem. The final balance is due on the day of the photo shoot or event. Clients may also choose to pay their balance before the event or shoot date. Please note: If full balance payment is not received, your project files will not be released until received.

 

Clients may pay for their services using the following methods:

Cash | Personal Check | Money Order | Credit Card via Paypal 

-Returned checks will be assessed a $50.00 return check fee

TIMELINE & DELIVERY

Designs will be delivered to the cilent within 3 weeks of the contract start date.Designs are delivered via e-mail through a cloud based file transfer service.

WEB DESIGN                                                                                $350

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED

-A maximum of  10 customized web pages

created with clients’ provided content 

-A maximum of 4 revisions before the final site is published

-Publishing of the final approved site to the Client’s web space

-Unlimited E‐mail support with the developer during customization phase

 

ADDITIONAL WEB DESIGN SERVICES

Content Writing | $75

Assist client in writing custom content for entire website

 

Additional Web Pages | $30 per page

For each page over to the allotted 10 which are include in the cost 

 

Additional Revisions | $10 per revision

 

PAYMENT

25% of the estimated cost is due upon the signing of the web development agreement. The remaining balance is due once the template is completed with the content provided from the client.
