SCHEDULING

If you are interested in scheduling a photo session please fill out an inquiry form on our contact us page. When contacting us please provide as much information as possible about your request such as:  the type of service you are interest in receiving, possible dates, location preferences, occasion and number of subjects or attendees.We will respond to you quickly and begin the process of  booking your shoot.

 

AVAILABILITY & SCHEDULING

All photoshoots are subject to availibility. Availability is based on the time slots that are open to new projects at the time of customer inquiry. We will work with each client to come up with a mutual shoot date that fits the needs your needs. Please note that your shoot date will not be reserrved until a signed contract and deposit are received. Until the contract and deposit are received, your preferred date may be given to another client.

 

CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

Before service begins, each client will receive a photography contract that outlines the terms and conditions of the photography services. A signed contract as well as a non‐refundable retainer deposit of $25 are required in order to reserve the photo shoot. The retainer fee will be deducted from your remaining balance.

 

LOCATIONS & TRAVEL

All photo shoots will be performed at your desired location. Any location beyond the 25 mile radius of the 20904 zipcode will be charged a travel fee at the rate of .50 per mile (roundtrip) which can be paid at the time of the shoot. The total cost of the travel fee will be included in the contract once the location has been confirmed.

 

PAYMENT

Clients may pay for their services using the following methods:

• Returned checks will be assessed a $50.00 return check fee

• PayPal payments should be sent to: varied.vizions@gmail.com. 

 

Once a quote is formed the final balance will be reflected on the photography contract. Once the retainer deposit is received it will be deducted from the final balance. The final balance is due on the day of the photo shoot or event. Clients may also choose to pay their balance before the event or shoot date. Please note: If full balance payment is not received, your project files will not be released until received.

 

TIMELINE AND DELIVERY

Photos will be delivered to the cilent within 3 weeks of the shoot/event date.

Photos are delivered via e-mail through a cloud based file transfer service.

EDITING

Clients have 7 days to choose up to 5 complimentary photos to be edited Editing includes: cropping,teeth whitening, removing minor blemishes, adjusting: brightness, contrast, saturation, applying filters such as black and white. Additional editing is available at $5 per photo. Please indicate via e-mail, the number and type of retouching you would like done to each photo.

 

PRINTS

Prints are not included with photo services but can be provded upon request.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must occur 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date. One

re-schedule date is permitted within 7 days of the cancellation.
