The New York metropolitian area.  We are available for projects that involve domestic and international travel;Travel fees may apply.

What is your travel fee policy?

All photo shoots/projects will be performed at the agreed upon location. Any location beyond the 25 mile radius of the 11212 zip code will be charged a travel fee at the rate of .50 per mile (round trip) which can be paid at the time of the shoot. The total cost of the travel fee will be included in the contract once the location has been confirmed.

Do you specialize in newborn portraits?

No, all subjects must be age 2 or above

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations must occur 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date. One

re-schedule date is permitted within 7 days of the cancellation.

How long will it take to receive my photos?

Photos will be delivered to the client within 3 weeks of the shoot/event date.

How will I receive my photos/designs?

High resolution files are delivered via the clients preferred e-mail address through a cloud based file transfer service.

Can I make up my own package?

Yes.Contact us with your custom package needs and we will provide options to fulfill your request

How can I guarantee the date that I want?

All dates are subject to availability but we will work with you to find a date that best fits your needs. A date cannot be guaranteed until a retainer deposit is received.

Is a deposit required to book projects?

yes, A non-refundable retainer fee of $25.00 is required for all projects excluding weddings. For weddings a 10% deposit is required. The retainer fee shall be applied towards the total cost of the service to be rendered.

When is my balance due?

The balance of the complete package price must be paid no later than the  day of the photo shoot, event or project deadline.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Sure, once you make the retainer deposit you can schedule your subsequent payments in whatever denominations and frequency that you like with awareness that the balance is due on or before the day of the photo shoot or project deadline.
